Fairview Custom Homes

Fairview Custom Homes is a luxury custom home builder in Greenville, SC. Fairview sought an online presence that would communicate the quality and consistency of their home builds. We design and built a custom user interface that helped Fairview's users find what they care about most - photos and information. For ticket prices as large as a multi-million dollar home, we must predict Fairview's audience to be exploring multiple builders at once. We had to be careful and use extensive market research to make decisions on what would put Fairview above the others. We accomplished this through fun attributes on the site, such as custom illustrations, slow scrolling carousels, and elevation maps.
